This initiative, led by ITG Technology Centre, the Council of Pontevedra and the Italian company PHYSIS, has been approved by the European Union under the LIFE+ Programme, the European Union's environment fund, Environment Policy and Governance (LIFE12 ENV/ES/000687).
The main objetive of the project is "The integrated planning and sustainable management of sanitation infrastructure" by developing an information system with reliable and accurate data for a properly sizing and planning based on current needs and future prospects under conditions of cost, environmental protection, population and climate change.
It has a budget of € 1,513,376 for the period 2013-2016 and has been co-funded by the EU with € 756,688.
